Introduction
Centered Recovery was created out of a sincere desire to help people live free from not just substance abuse, but other harmful patterns and behaviors that are the result of our own individual destructive thoughts that we tend to follow.
Learning to step back from this thinking and be present and aware, we’re thus able to address life without the clouded filters of fear and judgment.
However, we offer so much more than this transformative education. For example, one of the core practices includes a few minutes of guided meditation at the start and end of each day. This is part of what helps people to be, and stay, centered. Our full program includes many additional adjunct therapies for people who are seeking additional depth to their experience here.
