Introduction
The Center for Plastic Surgery has two offices in the Washington DC area, minutes from the Washington Beltway in Chevy Chase, Maryland and Northern Virginia. We see patients for surgical and skin health care consultations, BOTOX® Cosmetic treatment, filler injections and other services in both offices. Outpatient surgery is performed at our Northern Virginia location, at Sibley Memorial Hospital in Washington DC and at Fairfax INOVA Hospital. G. Wesley Price, MD, FACS

Surgical skill and aesthetic judgment are hallmarks of G. Wesley Price, MD, FACS. His primary focus is cosmetic surgery of the face and breast, as well as liposuction and body contouring.
Dr. Price is currently the Chief of Plastic Surgery at Sibley Hospital and a former member of the clinical faculty in plastic surgery at Georgetown University. He has spoken and published nationally. Dr. Price is listed in The Best Doctors in America.
A native of North Carolina, Dr. Price received his undergraduate degree from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. After receiving his MD from Wake Forest University, Dr. Price completed his surgical residency at George Washington University, his plastic surgery residency at New York University and a Craniofacial Fellowship at the University of Miami. Dr. Price trained under many noted plastic surgeons, including Thomas Rees, Joe McCarthy, Daniel Baker, Sherrell Aston and Anthony Wolfe.
Dr. Price is a Fellow of the American College of Surgeons and a member of both the American Society of Plastic Surgeons and the prestigious American Society of Aesthetic Plastic Surgeons. His many professional society memberships include the Southeastern Society of Plastic Surgery, the National Capital Society of Plastic Surgeons, District of Columbia Fairfax County Medical Society, Montgomery County Medical Society and Osler Society.

Dr. French is an Arkansas native. He is a graduate of the Louisiana State University School of Medicine in New Orleans, where he also completed his residency training in general surgery. He received his plastic surgery training at Vanderbilt University and also completed a Craniofacial Surgery Fellowship at New York University. Dr. French held a Presidential Appointment to the National Cancer Advisory Board. Past professional appointments include: Assistant Professor of Plastic Surgery at the Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine, Co-Director of the Facial Rehabilitation Center at the Children’s Hospital in Baltimore and Chief of Plastic Surgery at the Baltimore City Hospitals, where he also served as Co-Director of the Regional Burn Center.

Samir S. Rao, MD

Samir S. Rao, MD has a keen eye for aesthetic detail and surgical precision that define him as a plastic surgeon. Skilled in all aspects of cosmetic and reconstructive plastic surgery, he has special interests in autologous and prosthetic breast reconstruction, lower extremity reconstruction, and body contouring surgery. Dr. Rao also brings to the Center for Plastic Surgery a number of newer cosmetic procedures, including Brazilian butt lift and feminine rejuvenation surgeries.
Originally from Massachusetts, Dr. Rao graduated cum laude from the University of Rochester. He attended medical school at the George Washington University School of Medicine, where he graduated with distinction and was inducted into the Alpha Omega Alpha medical honor society, a distinction reserved for the top of a medical school class. Dr. Rao then completed an additional six years of training at Georgetown University Hospital’s Plastic Surgery Residency Program, which is considered by many as one of the elite plastic surgery training programs in the country. During this time, he also completed training in both basic and advanced microsurgical techniques at The Curtis National Hand Center Microsurgical Training Program.
Dr. Rao has published multiple book chapters and original articles in peer-reviewed medical journals and has presented at national conferences, including the annual meetings of the American Society for Aesthetic Plastic Surgery, the American Society for Reconstructive Microsurgery, and the American Association of Plastic Surgeons. He has also been chosen as peer reviewer for the journal Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery. Additionally, he has served as a volunteer plastic surgeon for Ecuadent, a non-profit group providing much needed cleft lip and palate repair as well as reconstructive surgery for congenital hand and foot abnormalities for children in Ecuador. He lives in Bethesda, MD with his wife and two children.
