Cell Lysate

Creative Biogene has generated a large number of cell lysates, which are divided into two groups: 1) over-expression cell lysates containing protein from exogenous encoding sequence; 2) knock out cell lysates based on the CRISPR/Cas9 technology. These cell lysates are created through two steps: 1) delivery of gene encoding sequence or Cas9/sgRNA into host cells, 2) homogenization of these recombinat over-expression or knockout cells in RIPA Lysis Buffer. They are intented for use as western blot (WB) positive or negative controls as well as other research applications.
