at celia's, quality is stressed: our salsa is made
fresh daily, while our tortillas are prepared
without lard; also our chicken is presented
skinless and trimmed, our steak and pork are
lean, we prepare our own salsas, we make
fresh guacamole daily, our tamales are
handmade daily, we serve both refried and
whole beans with our entrees. and last but not
least, our margaritas do not come out of a
machine but instead, our secret mix is made daily
