I am an attorney duly sworn to practice law in the State of Colorado and authorized by the Supreme Court to practice law in all courts in the State of Colorado. I'm also admitted and qualified to practice law in the United States District Court for the District of Colorado and the Supreme Court of the United States, in addition to being licensed to practice before the United States Patent and Trademark Office.I have extensive legal experience in the negotiation, settlement, and litigation of various types of legal matters, including but not limited to, serious personal injury claims, wrongful death cases, car accident claims, truck & big rig accident claims, bus crashes, insurance contract disputes and insurance bad faith claims, contract disputes, collections, and patent/trademark/copyright issues.
