This product has been specified, manufactured and installed internationally within countless prestigious building projects across the globe over the past 17 years…and its scope, use and reputation continues to grow.
We offer a tiered range of services. From Supply Only to full Turnkey projects with installation, commissioning and certification using our own time-served installation teams.
All tiers have CASWELL FIRESAFE® at their core. We call them T1, T2 & T3.

CASWELL FIRESAFE® was developed in the UK in 2003 and is now recognised as a leading international brand. Specified worldwide, CASWELL FIRESAFE® systems have been installed within countless prestigious and iconic building projects across the globe over the past 17 years.
C. Caswell Engineering Services Limited, known simply as ‘Caswell’ throughout the industry, are part of C. Caswell Holdings Limited, which also incorporates Firesafe Fire Rated Ductwork Limited and Konvekta Limited. The Caswell business was formed in the UK in 1969 by Colin Coxen. Ownership and management then passed to the next generation – through siblings Richard, Charles, Carolyn & Robert – and has been run as a successful family business from our manufacturing base in Lancashire ever since.
