Carvers

Carvers are a builders’ merchant in Wolverhampton, supplying building supplies to customers throughout the Midlands. Carvers operate from two 10 acre sites the first is on the Littles Lane which has the full stock range and is conveniently situated next to Wolverhampton’s ring road. The second site is on Neachells Lane and is a specialist timber production unit that is not open to the public.

Operating and owning all their delivery lorries, Carvers have a wide range to suit most access restrictions and product requirements, including bulk site deliveries. Carvers employ over 200 staff, the vast majority of whom live within 10 miles of their depot in Wolverhampton.

Operating standards are extremely important to Carvers, they are ISO 9001 Quality Management approved and are committed to achieving BS OHSAS18001 for Health & Safety Management and ISO 14001 for Environmental Management. In addition they have very strong policies regarding equal opportunities for all employees, business ethics, training standards etc..
