Introduction
Carters Rentals is a highly successful Independent Letting Agent and Property Management Company operating in Milton Keynes and the surrounding towns and villages. Carters Rentals was founded by Chris and Linda Ryan who having over 25 years Estate Agency and Lettings experience in the Milton Keynes area realised that there was a real need for a more personal service with family values
We occupy prominently located offices in Stony Stratford High Street and have a subsidiary branch in Bletchley giving us excellent access to the whole of Milton Keynes and surrounding towns & villages. . We offer a highly professional and personalised service to individual Landlords, investment Landlords and Corporate Businesses. We know the city inside out which means that we can give your expert advise on how to maximise the return on your investment
Because we are Landlords ourselves, keeping Landlords and Tenants happy is our number 1 priority so we ensure our staff are fully trained to meet and exceed all our clients’ expectations. We strongly believe that professional Letting Agents should be accountable so we are members of the National Approved Letting Scheme (NALS), The Ombudsman for Estate Agents Scheme for Residential Lettings and SAFE - Safe Agent Fully Endorsed – which is a mark denoting firms that protect landlords and tenants money through a client money protection scheme. We are also Homelet Premier Agents. All this means that you are safe in the knowledge that you will receive the highest standards of service.
We know that Landlords need a Letting Agent that they can rely on and trust, with the expertise they demand. One that goes the extra mile and does everything to ensure their property is let and managed with the minimum of fuss and that the rent and property are secure. Tenants will appreciate an Agent who listens to their needs and responds promptly.
Above all, Carters Rentals success is based on our ability to provide and deliver to all clients, both Landlords and Tenants alike, a first class service.
