Introduction
Caribbean Coaching is an award winning sports volunteering organisation, which works to develop sport at both a national and grassroots level in the Caribbean. We have a number of volunteer projects in St Lucia, BVI and St Vincent, which range from coaching sports to teaching and internships.
Our work began in 2011, at which time we were only working with the St Lucian rugby union. But following the success of our work, and the founding of youth and school projects across the island we began to expand into other sports. Now six years later we help to develop not only rugby but also netball, football, tennis, cricket, basketball and swimming.
Our volunteer projects are perfect for gap years, career breaks and summer adventures.
