Donna Graham
Managing Director
Donna Graham had a vision of opening a care training center and in June 2011 Care Training Essentials was born.
Donna’s primary aim was to open a training centre that improves the quality of care given to vulnerable individuals. Another main aim was to create bespoke training packages around an employer’s needs instead of the one size fits all approach.
As the Managing Director Donna is heavily involved in the day to day running of the company but still enjoys taking a hands on approach by meeting new clients, signing up new candidates and quality assessing.
With over 30 years of experience in the Health and Social care sector working with various individuals ranging from those with physical disabilities, the elderly and also within residential care homes and also as a training consultant her passion for delivering excellent quality training was what spurred her on. Donna also has a wealth of experience from other sectors which range from running a Health and Fitness company to being a Former Magistrate (Justice of the Peace). She was also a former Samaritan in Brighton and Hove.
Since setting up the business Donna has become a member of the Federation For Small Businesses, Hampshire Chamber Of Commerce and also The Association of Employment and Learning Providers (AELP).
