Carlo has a Bachelor’s degree in marketing from Kent State University and has worked with various marketing firms over the previous eight years. With great market knowledge and an unconventional perspective, Carlo brings clever thinking and a profound marketing vision to Cardboard Helicopter Product Development.
Tim Hayes
Founder and CEO
Tim is a graduate of the Cleveland Institute of Art with a BFA in Industrial Design. His vision consists of bringing local talent together to develop innovative products in a fresh new way, and to keep jobs and businesses thriving in northeast Ohio. Tim has worked on hundreds of different projects, with 10 years of product design experience here in Cleveland. Product development for companies like Fisher Price, Verizon, Unilever, Craftsman, Procter & Gamble, MTD, and many more. He has aided in designing and licensing hundreds of products for the military, medical industries, and consumer product companies.
