?All of our materials are hand-picked for each project ensuring that you get a custom high-quality product that is specific to your desires and needs. Speaking of specific – at Cape Coral Fence and Deck Company, you won't ever find us building stock designs, so you don't have to worry about coming home a month after you've installed your brand new deck just to find that the neighbor down the street has the same deck. We custom tailor all of our designs to suit your needs, desires and the personality and color scheme of your home or garden.

We specialize in several different types of decks from the average raised deck that attaches to your home, standalone decks and even ground-level decks.
Ground level decks are a gorgeous addition to any home. It doesn't matter if your home has a second or third floor – ground level decks are build with a brace on the bottom to avoid natural rot and moisture from standing under the deck, and the deck floor itself rarely ever raises above twelve inches from the ground. This is the perfect deck solution to a guest host space. Whether you're looking to grill with your buddies or have a family cookout, this deck can accommodate patio furniture, sun shades, grills, pools and hot tubs. No matter the reason behind a ground level deck, we can take care of the details. We will custom design your deck to accommodate any number of items or uses. We don't just stop at decks, either. We also handle pergolas, arbors, trellises and gazebos.

When it comes to a gazebo, you'll want to make sure to choose the right material for your needs. Whether it's wrought-iron, traditional hardwood or modern vinyl, each one has its pros and cons that may change the level of maintenance you have to perform, and how frequently.
Wrought iron gazebos will need to be washed on a regular basis to avoid rusting and degradation over time, while hardwood may only need a finishing coat once or twice per year, depending on how the weather conditions have treated the wood over the last quarter.

Vinyl, on the other hand needs almost no maintenance. Once in a while, it is a good idea to go over it with a pressure washing to ensure it keeps its color and vibrance, but the material it is built with is a semi-smooth surface that has the color built into it. The downside to vinyl is the inability to paint or stain it. The color you have your gazebo built with is the color you will need to stay with, unless you have your gazebo rebuilt. Many people prefer hardwood for this reason – hardwoods can be restained or repainted any number of times in a year. Whether you're updating your garden theme for the spring and summer season or you're changing your home's colors, you can simply repaint your gazebo to match. The days of worrying about painting around your gazebo's colors are over.
