We have a 98% track record for removing problematic management companies using the Right to Manage process, as defined by the 2002 Commonhold and Leasehold Reform Act. Part of this act allows lessees to group together and form a Ltd company with the specific purpose of taking over management responsibilities from the freeholder. These responsibilities include the setting of service charge levels, agreeing and undertaking large scale Section 20 works, and of particular importance, the arrangement of buildings insurance.
