Introduction
When accessing the link that leads to the store, the user is directed to live feed coming directly from a physical Cannabis Store Amsterdam shop (more specifically in Valencia).
In it, you can see several icons.in them, you can view different products available for purchase, with information about each one, price and button to add to the cart. On the lower left side of the screen there is another button, with a broader menu of items, with the same structure. But in general, the interaction is as if the customer is in a standard e-commerce store.
And that's when it starts to get interesting. If the user is interested in a store product, but wants to know more, he can click on the chat icon, and write his doubts about the item. The BudTender located in the store visualizes the questions on a tablet and interacts with the consumer as if it were face to face, answering the questions live, via video streaming. With the consultancy done, just click on the "Add to cart" button and then finalize the purchase on the shopping cart icon, the purchased is completed in only 3 simple steps. As soon as the payment is processed, the product will be packaged and sent to the consumer in real time and will be delivered in up to 48 hours.
