Introduction
Canna-Releaf provides patients with a safe and friendly atmosphere to get certified for a medical marijuana card. In our office one of our physicians will certify you, based upon the records you bring to our office showing a diagnosis of a qualifying condition. Once certified the Canna-Releaf staff will educate the patient on any question they may have, take their picture, and help the patient with their AZ DHS Application.
Canna-Releaf can also guide you to a state licensed dispensary near you.
