At Cann I Help our mission is to provide accessible, affordable and high-quality medical care focused around cannabinoid medication. We believe that cannabinoid medication has a role in the treatment of several chronic conditions, and that medicinal cannabis is best provided as part of a comprehensive and patient centered package of care. We partner with GPs and specialists across Australia to provide a network of clinicians who are passionate about providing excellent and patient centered care. We work closely with our patients’ regular GPs, and other health professionals involved in their care to help them achieve the best outcomes.
