Introduction
Since 1998, California Fish Grill has been serving quality seafood at affordable prices to our loyal customers and their families.
The vision for our restaurant came more from a simple question than the thought of a successful business enterprise. It is widely known that seafood is rich in nutrients and healthy omega-3 oils. The Surgeon General recommends that Americans eat 2-3 servings of seafood per week to maintain a healthy lifestyle.
"Why is it so hard to find a place that serves great seafood at prices someone could afford to eat 2-3 times per week?"
That is where the concept of California Fish Grill was born.
For over 13 years, California Fish Grill is proud of the reputation we have built with our customers as a place they can go to have a great seafood dining experience at a fraction of the cost of fine dining establishments. Many of our customers eat with us so often that we feel like we are part of their familyâ?¦ they are certainly part of ours.
California Fish Grill offers a wide variety of fish and seafood from around the world. We receive our seafood daily and check it for quality and freshness before it is ever prepared and served. We are constantly on the lookout for new offerings that keep us on the cutting edge of the global seafood and healthy eating trends. Our menu consists of grilled and fried seafood to satisfy anyone's pallet. We also offer wonderful crisp, fresh salads topped with your choice of grilled fish or seafood. One of our most popular offerings is fish tacos. We offer the widest variety of fish tacos served anywhere. From grilled Mahi-Mahi, Tuna, Salmon and Shrimp to our fried selections of Arctic White Fish and Shrimp. Our customers rave about our fish tacos.
Since 2007, the "Fast Casual Seafood" concept has been taking hold across the country. In 2010, Nation's Restaurant News and other national publications called it "one of the hottest trends in the restaurant industry. I am proud that California Fish Grill is widely recognized as one of the pioneers of this concept.
Regardless of what the publications say about us, I am most proud of the quality culture we have created in our restaurants and the relationships we have built with our customers over the last 13 years. Words cannot express my appreciation for all our hardworking employees that strive to make every customer experience memorable and enjoyable.
If you have not had a chance to dine with us yet, I invite you to come give us a try. We know once you do, we'll "Have You Hooked."
