Scrum is the Project development methodology or a framework. It is the subset of Agile. Scrum is one of the organized and most effective frameworks of Project development. Scrum manages and controls the software development of product in today’s fast changing. Scrum is one such Methodology which yields quick follow ups and results. Just for an instance, In Scrum, we have something called as Stand Up call. It may last mere for 15 mins. However, it is very essential and beneficial in a Project. In that call, Task Completed, Task in hand and Impediments are discussed. By doing so, Team is aware of each other’s task and can find out solution collaboratively by contributing towards the goal. Unlike Waterfall Model, Scrum methodology involves lot of interaction and productive discussions. Nowadays, Companies are moving towards Agile and Scrum as it yields faster results. As compared to Waterfall model, where the Customer must wait until the Testing cycle to get something Productive and then Surprise on the product developed, In Scrum, Customer can have a working model of the Product at the end of each Sprint and can give direct feedbacks during the demonstration of the working copy. So that the team can incorporate the changes in the next sprint itself which is highly impossible in Waterfall Model.
