COTTAGE CUISINE Est 1980

Cottage Cuisine catered for my daughters wedding in 2011, we had 170 guests in a large marquee with drinks and canapes on a large patio for 2 to 3 hours before sitting down for the meal.
Cottage cuisine had made around 2000 canapes which their staff distributed to the guests, they were absolutely stunning, all this time the staff were topping up drinks and generally making sure that everyone was well catered for.
We then moved into the marquee where all were seated at tables, Cottage cuisine had done the entire catering for the 2 course dinner, with a main meal and then desserts.
The quality and quantity of the catering was outstanding, I cannot say more than to throughly recommend them to anyone who is thinking of a function.
Further more I have to add as an afterthought but no less important, that as important as the food on the day is the planning that goes into it and it is in that area that Cottage cuisines Angie Driscoll excelled, without her experience ( and persistance !! ) in getting everything nailed down and organised we would never have had thinks run like clockwork on the day - as they did.
