Introduction
Before starting CID Bookkeeping, Jessica worked as a manager at BOO Canada in the Outsourcing Bookkeeping department. In this role, Jessica was responsible for managing D staff members and over 250 clients. She headed up large projects including 150 page training manual and program, setting up the guidelines for the onboarding department on a national level, and managing many large client migrations that included: customized reporting, training in-hone staff, and inventory that included expiry dates.
