CDPAP Choice

CDPAP Choice specializes in assisting home care consumers that are Medicaid enrolled and are looking for a more convenient way to receive home care services. Through the Consumer Directed Personal Assistance Program (CDPAP), these consumers will have the CHOICE to choose their own caregiver, including most family members and friends. Our experienced team of professionals will continue to guide throughout the entire enrollment, providing undivided attention to each consumer in order to ensure for a quick and hassle-free process.
