Typically we find we can reduce the unit cost of such overheads and ensure the package you are on is 'right sized'. We very often find packages are over specified and that bundles of 'free' minutes for instance work out to be very expensive.
We aim to provide a service. We are absolutely NOT in the business of just getting you the cheapest current deal. We will get you the best current price which matches your requirements. We will provide timely and helpful management information about your overhead spend which you currently do not have.
Our fees come from a share of realised savings. You pay nothing up front and then only if we make savings. We will ask you to sign an agreement which sets out how we share savings and that we have exclusive responsibility for a given cost area for an agreed period.

In addition to making funds available to your business by minimising costs we will also look at finding additional sources of liquidity.
