Introduction
Buffalo Valley, Inc. was incorporated in 1979 as a community based alcohol and substance abuse treatment center. Today the mission has expanded to provide housing and supportive services for very low income, disabled and homeless residents of our service area. The philosophy of treatment views addiction as a primary, chronic, and progressive disease.
