Introduction
Yoga classes provided in and around the Brighton area. Classes include Pregnancy flow, mums and baby yoga, and flow yoga (get fit after birth) for all mums need throughout the journey of becoming a mother.
Tea has trained with and been inspired by some of the most influential vinyasa flow teachers in the world including Shiva Rea and Erich Shiffman. Tea helped develop and establish the anti natal alternative therapy care at the Portland hospital London as well as run pregnancy programmes on spa resorts in the Caribbean and Greece.
Tea is also a pregnancy massage therapist.
