Qualified and experienced analytic psychotherapist working from a consulting room in central Brighton, near the main Railway station. I offer therapy to individuals who bring a range of issues. Analytical therapy is not for everybody, but because it works to bring to light the underlying factors that affect an individuals ability to develop, it is relevant to a wide range of concerns.
I also offer therapy to couples, making use of analytic and attachment-based understanding to increase the couple's ability to communicate with each other about difficulties in the relationship.
