Bright Beginnings Hypnobirthing

I'm Penny and I am a KG Hypnobirthing teacher. After having the most amazing birth using hypnobirthing I just knew I needed to spread the word about how awesome this knowledge is. I am passionate about teaching hypnobirthing to other couples as I believe everyone can have a positive birth experience. I specialise in helping first time parents have great births. I do this by:
- Taking the fear out of birth and replacing it with confidence in your body's ability to birth your baby
- Giving you a whole toolbox of relaxation techniques so you will stay calm and relaxed throughout (the secret to a more comfortable birth!)
- Teaching you how to make the right choices for you and your birth so you'll be happy with all of your decisions
- Giving you a complete antenatal education so you know what to expect no matter where your birth happens or how it happens
- Teaching how to work with your partner to achieve a positive birth experience
