Bramgate Volkswagen Dealer Brampton

My experience at bramgate was mostly with the sales representative Daniel, who was nothing more than caring and understanding of the needs, wants and concerns I had. He had solutions for every concern and created a deal that I couldn't refuse. I then met with the finance adviser Joanne who was just as caring of my needs and provided the best service possible to make sure I walked away happy and satisfied with my decisions

Overall it was an excellent experience from beginning to end. Whenever you walk into a car dealership you are always anticipating the high pressure salesman approach as soon as you walk through the door. Our experience at VW Bramgate was nothing as we could have imagined.

We were introduced to Marco and right away we knew he was the right salesman to meet our needs. Marco proved to be very knowledgeable of the VW vehicles and quickly searched the pre-owned cars that would meet our needs, His customer service was top notch and not once did my husband and I feel any pressure to purchase the vehicle. Marco worked in our best interest and was able to get us a great deal, and we had purchased a vehicle on the spot. We also dealt with Joanne when we were completing the financing on the car, and that too was a pleasant process. She was extremely helpful and made us feel very comfortable. I highly recommend Marco and Joanne to all my friends and family.
