Border Osteopaths

We provide in-depth osteopathy to help you return to the things you want to do. We have clinics in Shrewsbury and Kington and treat patients across the wider border communities including Hereford, Leominster, Ludlow, Hay-on-Wye, Bishops Castle, Knighton, Presteigne, Oswestry, Church Stretton and Telford.

We treat by encouraging the fullest range of movement of your joints and muscles using articulation, massage, stretching and exercise. We set aside an hour both for your first consultation and for any subsequent treatments. This gives us time to treat, talk, evaluate progress and agree on what’s needed.  

As osteopaths, we work on the skeleton, muscles, ligaments, joints and connective tissues to stimulate the body's ability to heal. At the centre of treatment is the patient, not just his or her symptoms and we attend to his or her wellbeing as much through listening as through touch and manipulation. Taking a 'whole-life' view instead of narrowly focusing on physical symptoms enables us to get a fuller picture of what has contributed to the complaint or complaints a patient presents.
