Introduction
Bonniebix has been baking shortbread for 20 years.
In 2013, in the urging of family and friends, her hobby turned into a full-time occupation. In Feb 2015 Cara left her home state of Victoria and relocated her business and herself to NSW. Now living with her wonderful associate Duncan, in Clovelly. Duncan calls me a "spoilt Sydney girl" for a motive!
Cara frequently attends The Rocks Market in Sydney most Saturdays/Sundays, where bonniebix cookies are sold. bonniebix is enrolled and covered and is baked from home with approval from Randwick City Council. Private orders are welcome. $30 for any dozen cookies. Pick Up from Clovelly or from the weekend markets.
