Richar Bolton
Attorney
Mr. Bolton has been living in South Florida since he was eight years old. Mr. Bolton’s father and grandfather were attorneys and they preached to him the importance of the lawyer and obtaining justice for the client.
Mr. Bolton obtained a Psychology degree from Florida International University at the age of 20. At that time, Mr. Bolton went to the University of Florida Law School. While in law school, Mr. Bolton took many graduate level Psychology courses. Mr. Bolton graduated from law school at the extremely young age of 22.
Throughout the early stages of Mr. Bolton’s career he found himself in the courtroom trying every kind of case; defending shopping centers on slip and fall cases, and inadequate shootings; medical malpractice cases; product liability cases; and complex estate cases.
For several years, Mr. Bolton was a specially appointed Public Defender. Judges would appoint Mr. Bolton to defend people accused of crimes when the Public Defender had a conflict. Mr. Bolton was able to obtain excellent results as a specially appointed Public Defender.
Mr. Bolton then decided to represent plaintiff’s exclusively and found this to be a truly fulfilling endeavor.
