Introduction
Jacob Kenedy and Victor Hugo opened Bocca di Lupo in November 2008 in the heart of Soho. Bocca di Lupo’s award winning menu has since earned the restaurant various awards and accolades for its stripped-down, honest regional Italian cuisine. Despite its glamorous surroundings and buzzy atmosphere the restaurant retains the humble air of a traditional trattoria.
Bocca di Lupo specialises in the obscure and delicious highlights of food and wine from across all of Italy's twenty regions. The restaurant makes its own breads, sausages, salame and pasta, served alongside wines exclusively from Italy. The majority of dishes are available both in small and large portions, allowing guests to go on a gastronomic tour of Italy, exploring the regions into which each dish on the menu is categorized.
The team behind Bocca di Lupo also run the sweet shop and gelateria Gelupo, located just opposite the restaurant on Archer Street. Following countless trips to Italy, Jacob has discovered the best confectionary the country has to offer and brought it with him back to London. The shop also serves award-winning gelato made from the best seasonal produce available.
