Crain's New York reports that David Lichtenstein and CIBC have come to an agreement. Reports say that CIBC loaned 51 million dollars to David Lichtenstein's company - The Lightstone. This means that their project in Long Island City - the 12 story residential complex with all the amenities is approved for construction and expected to be done by 2014.
