Nowhere more so than with our popular Speciality Boards – wooden blocks topped with a selection of the very best local produce, from house-cured salmon to fine British cheeses, or even our homemade scotch eggs.

The food showcases the abundance of great ingredients available and with the appointment of Adrian Knowles as Head Chef at the restaurant, your appetite is sure to be persuaded. Adrian was previously Head Chef at the famous Black Bull Inn and Sous Chef at the Crab & Lobster.

Taking a confident approach to classic British dishes the team create wonderfully rustic dishes that are just as big on finesse as they are on flavour.
