Since Benihana first opened its doors in Ontario in 1998 it has remained one of the Inland Empire's premier restaurants to gather with friends, family and business associates. Twenty-two teppan tables set the stage for fun where your own personal chef prepares a meal of steak, chicken, seafood and vegetables all cooked to perfection right before your eyes. Sushi appetizers can be ordered in the dining room or a whole sushi feast can be enjoyed in the sushi bar which offers an array of creative seafood tastes.
