Belly Pilates, located on the Main Line near Philadelphia offer Pilates Fitness and childbirth education, free workshops, mommy and me fitness & prenatal mat/ball and postpartum Pilates reformer classes. Specialized in diastasis rehabilitation after pregnancy with classes designed to flatten your belly and find core strength again.
Belly Pilates also educates new moms about getting fit after childbirth & pregnancy, breastfeeding education, natural childbirth, doula services, getting fit after pregnancy, prenatal fitness, safe pregnancy exercises, how to exercise after childbirth, resolution of common Pre/postpartum conditions and what to do if you have a diastasis as well as other motherhood resources.
Belly Pilates offer privates pilates instruction that help to flatten your belly, prenatal yoga, prenatal mat/ball and reformer Pilates, Pilates reformer classes, mommy exercise classes with other new moms where you can bring your non-crawling newborn for getting fit after baby. Classes are small and intimate so that you receive individual attention.
Belly Pilates also has private pilates teacher available for 1 on 1 instruction 6 days a week including Saturdays.
Kelly is the ONLY Comprehensively Certified Master Pilates Instructor of Pre/Postnatal Pilates in the tri-state area. She founded Belly Pilates in 2005.
