Steve Waites (Chef & Proprietor) and our passionate team of chefs are all Michelin trained and the creative modern menus offer Mediterranean influenced dishes with an innovative twist, using only the best ingredients which reflect both the seasonality and availability on offer from the area around Pershore and the Cotswolds.
