Bell Fitness is the area’s leading small group personal training serving Litchfield Park and surrounding areas for 6 years. Our workouts are designed to suit all fitness levels. We guide beginners and challenge more experienced members. Each workout is designed to help you maximize burning fat, and each exercise is always fun and different, so you will never get bored. Our services includes Small Group Training (max 4 people), Group Style Training (max 10 people), Nutritional Coaching, Youth Speed and Agility, Girls Vertical Master Jump Program and InBody Full Body Assessment. At Bell Fitness we believe that you should work smarter not harder, so we created a 30-minute workout program that is designed to help you burn twice the fat and build muscles in half of the time while getting you in the best shape of your life and creating long-lasting results!
