Providing Boutique Accommodation, both as BED AND BREAKFAST rooms and suites, as well as SELF-CATERING accommodation in a "house style' setting. B&B accommodation generally supplies guests with their own private room with ensuite bathroom, and requires the guests to share communal living areas with other occupants (but not hosts). If they book both the rooms in the guest house, or both the rooms in the Cottage, this will allow them to have exclusive use of the Guest House or Cottage, only sharing guest areas with their friends or family. Some rooms can be designated 'twin share' and some rooms can be designated '2 adults + 2 children'. Generally families can be accepted depending on present 'guest mix' ie honeymoon couple, pensioners, etc, to ensure all guests are

Bed and Breakfast @ Kiama is situated just two minutes drive from Kiama's township and beaches, and is nestled in lovely green dairy farming pastureland, to ensure you of a quiet restful stay. We have over an acre of rainforest gardens, and views through the trees to the Jamberoo Valley.

A VARIETY OF ACCOMMODATION is suitable for singles, twin share, doubles, small families, larger families, groups and business stays, with your choice of breakfast style to suit your palate and pocket. This property is not suitable for parties, weddings and schoolies.

All guests are provided with free off street parking and free wifi is provided on the property.
