Bahay Kubo restaurant is unique in many ways - we are the only fine dining Filipino restaurant in Dublin, but we also provide entertainment while you dine!
Come and dine while our resident band, Manila Rhythm, is gently entertaining you!
Manila Rhythm deliver a Southeast Asian synthesis of vocal harmony and string arrangements. The band members are: Edgar Genio, Manolo Auer and Michael Go.
The band has played extensively outside of the Philippines, including Bali, The Maldives, China, Hong Kong and on Caribbean Cruise ships. They are experienced, quality entertainment, perfect for every occasion.
They have an extensive repertoire to suit all ages and every event!
They play instrumental pieces such as "Girl from Ipanema" and "Blue Moon"; Spanish favourites like "Besame Mucho" or the upbeat "La Bamba". Manila Rhythm keep a party spirit flowing with well-known favourites from "The Beatles" & "Simon and Garfunkel" or bring a mellow mood with a medley of songs from "Frank Sinatra", "California Dreamin'" or "Hotel California".
And an evening is not complete until you hear their stunning version of Queen's "Bohemian Rhapsody".
