Our specialties include: St. Louis Style Pork Ribs - marinated, seasoned and smoked for hours then lightly glazed with BBQ sauce, U.S.D.A. Choice Tri-Tip Beef slowly smoked and served medium rare (or more well if you prefer), lean seasoned Marinated BBQ Pulled Pork, and the absolute best BBQ Chicken Breast that you have ever tasted - grilled over a hot mesquite flame but NEVER overcooked. We are dedicated to providing the best BBQ Meats for a reasonable price. We smoke and grill all day on our mesquite burning BBQ's to ensure the quality of our Meats.
