Baby Boot Camp offers mommy boot camp workouts, mommy and me workout classes, stroller workout classes for moms, and mommy and baby workout classes. Not only are our stroller fitness classes safe for women in all stages of pregnancy, but we offer a variety of moves during all workouts including Pilates, aerobics, and our fitness instructors can provide advice on postnatal fitness training, exercising while pregnant, and exercising while breastfeeding. All instructors hold national fitness certifications and more often than not, you'll find a pregnant fitness instructor leading our mommy and me fitness classes!
