Dakeya has sixteen combined years of experience in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU), Maternal Child Care, Labor and Delivery, and Pediatrics. She's a Certified Lactation Counselor, Bereavement Specialist and BLS Adult/Infant CPR Instructor. Specialize in care of High risk/Premature Infants. Her experience as a clinical leader, bedside nurse and educator have all shaped her practice to work with infants and families to teach them about maximizing health.​
