Before your visit....

•All signers must have at least one form of photo identification such as a state-issued driver's license, military id or current passport.
•The name on the ID must match exactly to the name printed on the original document(s).
•If there is a separate "witness" signature required in the original document(s), please mention this upfront so necessary arrangements are made in advance.
