At Bolt King, our model is built on satisfying our customers, whom we aim to serve with integrity, honesty, and above all, high quality products .Unlike our competitors, we do not employ aggressive sales people. Instead, our Project Managers supervise your order from receipt of enquiry to our product's arrival on your site. They will source material from approved mills in the EU & USA , provide your quotation, and schedule in-house manufacturing, liaising directly with our production engineers. Our customers always have somebody on-site at Bolt King who has in-depth knowledge of their project, and the personal interest to resolve queries quickly. We believe this system works, and we can provide references in from the Oil & Gas, Nuclear and Gas Turbine sectors who can attest to our service level.
Our aim is to build long-term partnerships, so customer satisfaction, not short term gain, is our utmost priority. Bolt King is able to offer a huge product range, manufactured here at our hub in Telford, UK. Our extensive plant includes Hot Forging, CNC Turning and Milling, as well as on-site thread-rolling, grinding, grit-blasting and PTFE-coating. We also have on-site heat treatment capability for small batch super alloy products and tooling. Unlike many of our competitors, Bolt King manufacture and heat treat all of our hot forge tooling in-house, facilitating industry-leading turn-around on hot forged special fasteners.
We welcome breakdown enquiries, as our dynamic scheduling system means that we always have the flexibility to accommodate critical projects, whilst ensuring that our current projects maintain appropriate scheduling.

We are accredited by Lloyds Register to ISO 9001:2008. We supply BSEN 10204 3.1 Certificates and BSEN 10204 2.1 Certificates of Conformity as standard. We can provide BSEN 10204 3.2 Witness Testing, ISIRs, PPAP Level 3, FAIR, Integra 131, and any other bespoke quality plan. We pride ourselves in the presentation of Master Record Books for key projects.
