B3 Psychological Services Inc.

Are you seeking assistance, building support networks, and/or striving for a positive sense of self? I invite you to explore a therapeutic journey. My approach focuses on supporting clients in identifying their preferred ways of coping, exploring new skills, processing experiences, and developing a positive sense of self. Reflecting upon a Chinese proverb, “Learning is a treasure that will follow its owner everywhere,” I will work with you to exploring your sense of self, pursue your goals and achieve personal satisfaction.
My practice offers a biopsychosocial approach with solution-focused, client-centered strategies integrated with cognitive behavioral therapy and strength-based psychoeducation. I will work with you to explore your sense of self, pursue your goals and achieve personal satisfaction.
My experience includes working with individuals experiencing transition, living with physical disabilities, exposed to trauma and first responders (HTTPS://FIRSTRESPONDERHEALTH.ORG). I practice therapeutic strategies that support those working close to home“Life isn’t about finding yourself. Life is about creating yourself.” George Bernard Shaw
