Finding off campus housing can be stressful and hectic because there are so many students looking for a place and not many places are available. Follow these three simple steps and you'll be set with a great place for next year:

Start looking early and start looking now!! - the best houses are filling up a year in advance. We recommend that you pick the group of students you want to live with and start looking by September 15th, for the following Fall semester. We know it's early, but if you wait you'll get the leftovers.

Use our Online Property Search - this allows you to look through all the available properties and narrow down your search by the number of bedrooms/bathrooms, price, etc. This way you don't waste your time. Sign your lease - once you've seen the property, we'll meet you back at our office to sign your lease.
