A management survey will be required during normal occupation and use of buildings to ensure continued management of the asbestos containing materials (ACMÂ’s).
A refurbishment or demolition survey is necessary when a building (or part of it) is to be upgraded, refurbished or demolished.
Occasionally a mixture of both types of survey may be required.
