Introduction
Awakenings Recovery is an intensive outpatient program (IOP) that helps adults ages 18 and over to overcome addiction, substance abuse, and mental health conditions. We take an integrated and holistic approach to recovery and positive life changes. Besides treating substance abuse and addiction, we are a designated mental health specialty clinic, providing care to adults suffering from mental health concerns like anxiety, depression and PTSD.
As a client in our IOP, you’ll learn a variety of techniques to maintain your recovery. From following the right nutrition plan to understanding the mind/body connection of addiction, our clients are exposed to numerous therapies that help heal the whole person. Individual therapy sessions, group sessions, family work, and a variety of proven therapies all make our intensive outpatient program one of the best in Colorado.
