1) I rented car from Hertz via Rentalcars.com. online booking was easy and fast. cost very competitive considering that I travelled in a high season. picking up the car did not take more than 10 minutes, delivering the car did not take more than 5 minutes, service was really very good.
2) Simplicity and speed of the leasing process. Staff polite and efficient.
What did not like? The car was released without having been fully sanitized. There were stains of liquid spilled by previous user and the car was without the rubber mats, which was very unpleasant
3) Excellent staff,great service and we got an upgrade aswell we could not ask for more,it was excellent value.
4) The attention at the ALAMO Miami International Airport counter was very kind, and I received clear information to make sure I can make of my trip an excellent experience. I’ve got an upgrade on my selected car for a very good price.
5) Pick up was quick and no fuss. It's a pity the area where hire vehicles are parked is so far from the terminal but that is not Car Rentals fault. Overall an agreeable experience.
6) I booked it on line so was, initially, apprehensive. I need not have worried. Everything was excellent from the counter staff, to the car itself. Clean, economical and totally hassle free. There was nothing about the whole process that caused any stress.I'll definately be using them again. 5 Stars!
7) We used Alamo (through rentalcars.com) for our recent vacation in California and I am pleased to say that they provided an excellent service. The bus transfer to collect the car was hassle free and the drivers were extremely helpful. You get to pick your car from all the available vehicles in the relevant class, which I thought was a nice touch. There were no hidden costs with Alamo, unlike many other companies these days. I would use again and I highly recommend. Rentalcars.com was a great.
8) I had to find a quick and cheap (of course) rental car within a specific budget, and where else to turn !
