Brian & Kimberly Moore, owners of Auto Hail Zone, have been in the Paintless Dent Repair business since 1991. As a Vale National & I-Car Certified PDR Technician, Brian started his auto hail damage repair business when he was one of only a few that got involved repairing hail damaged vehicles when the paintless dent repair method was first introduced. Insurance companies were slowly realizing that the PDR method was becoming the better choice of repair because of the quick repair times, saving the insured time & convenience, which also meant saving the insurance companies less time for clients to be in a rental & less time at a conventional body shop. AHZ's specialty is in automotive Paintless Dent Repair (PDR) for hail damaged vehicles, all of our repairs are labor intensive repairs. Our certified PDR Technicians use specialized PDR tools to massage & blend dents back into place, making your vehicle look just as good as it did before the hail storm & provides a lifetime warranty on all repairs. AHZ is not a conventional body shop & does not replace panels or cut & replace roofs, use bondo filler or re-paint vehicles, which preserves the vehicle's original factory paint warranty. If an insurance adjuster or body shop writes your hood to be replaced or roof to be cut for repairs, ALWAYS GET A SECOND OPINION and don’t panic! All this means is that the dent count is at its “maximum” payment for repairs, it does NOT mean it cannot be repaired w/ Paintless Dent Repair, we will work w/ your insurance on all of your repairs so that you do not have any out-of-pocket expense. Auto Hail Zone's team of professionals will personally walk you through the auto hail repair process every step of the way. We can assist you in filing your initial hail damage claim w/ your insurance company & work closely w/ your insurance adjuster, we will COVER YOUR DEDUCTIBLE so you have ZERO Out-of-Pocket expense for repairs. We provide a complimentary rental if you find that you do not have rental coverage and will place you in a rental at our cost & also provide complimentary valet pick-up & drop-off services at your home or workplace.
